Roofing in general; most roof replacements that we have incurred have deteriorated or have failed due to poor installation. Aus Struct Services offer a roof inspection advisory service that includes the following;

THE INSPECTION WILL BE SUPPLIED AS A WRITTEN REPORT WITH PHOTOS NOMINATING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Rate all the materials as a life span
Check all roof pitches comply with the required design
Inspect all sub frame and support
Qualify box gutter falls and overflow requirements
Inspect all roof flashings
Identify any additional works if required
