Heritage Work

Aus Struct Services became involved in Heritage pre 1995. During that time we have undertaken works at but not limited to:

Spotswood Pumping Station, Bairnsdale Court House, Kyneton Court House AMP Building Collins Street Melbourne, Old Treasury Place Melbourne, New Treasury Place Melbourne, Labassa House Caulfield, Supreme Court of Melbourne.

Spotswood Pumping Station (Nominated for The Royal Australian Institute of Architects Heritage Renovation Awards 1996).

As one can view in photos all lead works have been carried out to the following Australian and English required Standards as follows; AS 3500-1998 The National Plumbing Code Standards Australia. SAA HB-1997 Installation of Metal Roofing and Cladding. The Lead sheet manual 1 and 3 lead sheet flashings and weatherings. All slate installations are based on Slate Roof Design and Construction Second edition 1948 and National Slate Association Standards development.

Aus Struct Services is registered with Heritage Victoria to undertake all aspects of Heritage Roof Works.

This includes but is not limited to Lead work,Copper works, Zinc Work, Galvanised sheet cladding and slate works.
